Position:RAM(Regional Account Manager)
Responsibilities:
1.Planning and organizing work schedule to call prospects and existing customers to close sales daily .
2.Researching/profiling banks within assigned territory to identify and penetrate top prospects .
Developing network of contacts at various levels/functional responsibility within each organization in the assigned territory .
3.Developing account strategies for each assigned organization .
4.Following leads through all stages of the sales cycle -- lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing and post-sale follow-up .
5.Conducting needs assessment and developing recommendations/proposals .
6.Renewing and upgrading contracts of existing clients within assigned territory .
7.Staying attuned to market trends, competition, client needs, pricing and other factors that may impact sales and growth .
8.Providing prospects and clients with updated information and advice on services .
9.Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships .
10.Maintaining a sales funnel to achieve steady growth within assigned territory .
11.Providing realistic forecasts to facilitate growth .
12.Managing contract negotiations, service requirements and details to close the sale .
13.Managing territory, sales cycle and clients in CRM system.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above .
•Three years working experience with at least one year sales experience.
•Be a team player with optimistic attitude, service-orientation, high responsibility, trustworthy and ability to work under pressure.
•Good at using Windows Office Software, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Excel and etc..
•Good English Skills,CET6 is a must.
Position:CDM(Curriculum Development & Consulting Manager)
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
2.Customize existing courses and develop new courses, with outlines, features, contents, delivery options to make it high quality for sell.
3.Coordinate with partner organizations on course licensing to expand course offers and faster respond to market requirements.
4.Create and implement a comprehensive pre-course diagnostic assessment model, and determine appropriate uses for standardized testing and ways to recognize participant achievement. 5.Recruit instructors and facilitators and ensure the quality of their deliverables such as teaching experiences, teaching materials, teaching methods, presentation skills, etc.
6.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and alumni, etc.
7.Conduct secondary and primary research and generate market research report with summary from own insights to contribute to First Light's industry e-newsletter.
8.Work with sales and marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, help and train them to understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
9.Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product and program offering, support case study and marketing materials writing, and occasionally work with the sales team on project delivery.
10.Establish advisory committee and select a group of high quality industry executives and subject-experts who are willing to contribute to the development of First Light courses and programs in their areas of expertise.
11.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
